To obtain an undergraduate minor in Agricultural Systems Technology (AST), you must complete a minimum of 15 credits of TSM (Technology Systems Management) classes that must include:
- TSM 115 (3 credits) F.S. Solving Technology Problems
- TSM 210 (3 credits) F.S. Fundamentals of Technology
- At least nine (9) additional credits from:
- TSM 310 (3 credits) S. Total Quality Improvement
- TSM 322 & 322L (3 credits) S. Preservation of Grain Quality
- TSM 324 (3 credits) S. Soil and Water Conservation Management
- TSM 327 (3 credits) F. Animal Production Systems
- TSM 330 (3 credits) S. Agricultural Machinery and Power
- TSM 325 (3 credits) F. Biorenewable Systems
- TSM 433 (3 credits) F. Precision Farming Systems
- TSM 335 (4 credits) F. Tractor Power
- TSM 337 (3 credits) F.S. Fluid Power Systems Technology
- TSM 363 (4 credits) F.S. Electric Power and Electronics for Agriculture and Industry
- TSM 393 (3 credits) F. Agricultural Safety and Health
- At least six (6) credits of 300-level or higher TSM classes (from the classes listed above)
- At least nine (9) credits that are not used to meet any other department, college, or university requirement.
